Due to the quarantine I’ve been working from home and my tennis elbow flared up in the worst way. I was looking for an acupuncture location with high ratings in Astoria and came across Caring Hands. It was close to my apartment, very clean and everyone follows mask/sanitizer guidelines, great hours, and though there were only a few reviews what I found online was promising. Well, I couldn’t be happier that I went here! The receptionist is very professional and truly interested in your overall well-being. I met with Dr. Kim and he began a cupping/acupuncture treatment. I have done both before but not together. In just 3 weekly treatments I had incredible pain relief and full mobility back. I’m scheduled for my 5th treatment next week and I can see that each visit the progress is well worth it. Visits last about an hour and are very relaxing. They don’t accept my insurance but they did have prices competitive with other places.
